Candida yeast infection symptoms can vary a bit from person to person as well as the level of the disease. It’s common to have more than one of them though. Maybe you can recognize: reoccurring genital yeast infections, pain during urination, skin yeast infections, sore throat, bloating, dizziness, fatigue, even depression. Another thing that is typical for Candida, is that the symptoms will come back again and again if you are treating them with conventional drugs or creams. That is because the symptoms only are treated, not the root cause of it.

The only way of permanently treating Candida, known to this day, is by doing a Candida diet and a colon cleanse. That means you will eat foods that contain nothing that will feed the yeast. That way it will eventually be killed. This usually takes about two months, maybe a bit shorter. You should avoid yeast feeding foods such as sugar and wheat, and concentrate on fresh meat and fish, vegetables, yogurt and alternative grains such as qunioa and mill. Canned and half ready foods should be avoided, because it contains artificial substances and colorings that will make the fungus grow. You will have to cook most of your food yourself during this period. It takes some planning, but you will realize it’s all worth while when you will have your energy back and no longer suffer from painful yeast infections. The Candida yeast infection symptoms will disappear quite fast, usually after a week or so, even though you have to stick to the diet for a couple of months, before the Candida is eliminated totally from your body.
