Are you one of those people that has hyperhidrosis (also known as excessive sweating)? It can be a very stressful problem to have especially in public around other people. You maybe forced to shower several times a day or switch shirts many times a day, and it’s just a time consuming problem. We all desire to eliminate this problem from our lives.

I find that the excess sweating effected me most at my job. It was just awkward all the time. I was getting sick of the same question everyday, “are you okay?” People seeing me sweat and thinking I’m sick or extremely nervous. It was difficult for me to have a positive demeanor.

I didn’t work at a physically demanding job, which would of caused me to be drenched, but I worked a job that was tough mentally and because of that I suffered daily from excessive sweating. It was getting so bad that I’d have to stop every 30 minutes to goto the washroom to splash cold water on my face. My boss was getting pretty upset with the fact that I was running to the bathroom 15 times a day.

I finally decided to stop being a victim and figure out how I can stop this. The first thing I did was get a copy of “Stop Excess Sweating”, which was a pretty uplifting book. It had what it called the natural cure to this problem. The cure, a simple diet that eliminates foods that cause sweating. I gave it a try and after a week I was sweating much less and I wasn’t getting the “are you okay?” comments.
