What you do is suck in your lower belly, not your upper belly, as far as you can. Make it feel like it’s going into your spine. Hold that pose for 15-60 seconds. Rest 15-20 seconds and repeat. Do this for at least 5 minutes a day, not counting the rest times. I’ve had hundreds of client do this exercise and they average around 1.75 inches lost around their waists in less than a month.

2. Lose Hip Fat Exercise - Hula Hooping

Go get yourself a cheap $3 hula hoop. Now simply twirl it around your waist for 10 minutes a day. You don’t even need to do it for the whole 10 minutes at once. You can do 2 minutes here and there throughout the day. I like to use tv commercials to exercise. This saves me a ton of time during the day.

3. Lose Thigh Fat Exercise - Hindu Squats

What you do is squat up and down as fast as you can. No weights are involved. During each repetition, swipe or touch your finger tips to the ground to make sure you went down far enough. Do this for 100 repetitions in less than 5 minutes. When you can do that without problems, do 200 repetitions in 10 minutes.
