1. Hindu Squats

Hindu squats are great not only for toning and melting fat off your legs, but also melting off a lot of fat from all over your body. Here’s what you do with this simple, at home exercise.

Without weights, squat up and down really fast. To be sure you are going down far enough, touch your finger tips to the ground with each repetition. Your goal is to do 100 repetitions in under 5 minutes.

The reason why this works great is because hindu squats cause your body to go into a big oxygen deficit. When that happens, your body is desperate for quick energy supplies… thus, it sucks up your body fat for this energy.

2. Jumping on a mini-trampoline

Listen, this is probably my favorite exercise. Why? Not only because it works great for the whole body, but because it’s so convenient. I’m sure you’re busy, so this solves the “time for a workout” problem. Simply jump on the mini-trampoline 2 minutes at a time during tv commercials… you do make time to watch tv, don’t lie!

So you can relax during the show, workout during the commercial minutes (about 20-22 in a typical 1 hour tv show), and save time by not having to schedule a whole block of time just for working out.

Hey, get creative, you don’t have to just jump on it during commercials. Find other creative ways to get in 2 minutes here and there. Go for at least 20 minutes a day.
