1. Strength training will make my muscles large and bulky- Strength training will result in a small increase in total muscle mass. However, large increases in muscle size will not result because female testosterone levels are low: this hormone appears necessary to create large muscle increases. Due to genetics and individual differences, some women will increase muscle mass more than others- but nowhere near muscle size increases in observed in men.

Weight loss can be hard and so many people make you think that it needs to be a complicated process. I have outlined some tips to make things easier for you.

Wait out a craving. Think about why you are having a craving. It is stress, boredom, loneliness? If it is, what can you do to treat the issue at the core. Eating something is not going to solve the problem. Stop denying what is really going on and get the real issue handled.

When you lose weight quickly, your mostly lose water weight, not fat. Your body goes into starvation mode and your metabolism drops. This means that your body burns fewer calories a day. When you go back to your old eating habits, your metabolic rate has slowed and you end up gaining weight.
